Goat’s cheese
Goat’s cheese is a relatively new type of cheese, enjoying increasing worldwide demand. It is made from goat’s milk, and available in a range of flavour variants. Goat’s cheese is usually eaten while still immature, although there is increasing demand for mature and extra-mature varieties. Goat’s cheese with special ingredients is also becoming increasingly popular.

We supply both foil-ripened goat’s cheese (in quantities of 3 kg and 15 kg) and naturally-ripened goat’s cheese (in blocks, slices or pieces).
