For those who love cheeses rich in flavor but low in fat, we offer a range of light Dutch cheese varieties with a fat content of 10%, 20% or 30%. We also offer these cheeses with varying salt content. Light cheese is available in young, mature and extra-mature varieties.
Packaged ECO cheese or organic cheese
All of our ECO/organic products are available in the same varieties, quantities and packaging as our Gouda, Edam and Maasdam cheeses.
