Light cheese
For those who love cheeses rich in flavour but low in fat, we offer a range of light Dutch cheese varieties with a fat content of 10%, 20% or 30%. We also offer these cheeses with varying salt content. Light cheese is available in young, mature and extra-mature varieties.
Packaged light cheese
Our light cheeses are available with the full range of packaging options. We supply both foil-ripened light cheese (in quantities of 3 kg and 15 kg) and naturally-ripened light cheese (in blocks, wheels, slices, pieces or grated).
