Kosher cheese
In addition to regular cheeses we also produce kosher cheese, which is produced in accordance with Jewish dietary laws. Rabbis supervise the entire production process, from milking to packaging. Most of our kosher cheese is exported to Israel, America and England.
Packaged kosher cheese
Kosher cheese is available in many different varieties. Among other measures, we use special paraffin seals in order to guarantee kosher production, and also affix a Jewish label to the cheeses.
