Gouda cheese is the best known Dutch cheese. This traditional full flavoured cheese can be supplied at various stages of maturity (from young to old and even aged). Gouda cheese has a 48% minimum fat percentage.
Traditional Dutch produce
Gouda cheese is a fruity, creamy semi-hard cheese, which intensifies in flavour the more it matures. Gouda cheese is traditionally and naturally prepared. It is delicious with a slice of bread, as a dessert or the perfect accompaniment to a glass of wine.
Packaging
We supply Gouda cheese as a foil block (in blocks of 3 and 15 kg), as a natural whole, round cheese (4,5 and 12 kg), in pieces, slices and as grated cheese.
